Better World Books

Just wish to start this blog off with a shout out to a great online bookstore I found called Better World Books!!!
Their goal is to buy used books and then use the profits to sponsor literacy programs. A great side effect is that we are no longer wasting books by sending them tot he trash. I know we can take them to the library or such but this site actually pays the shipping if you chose to sent them in for resell. They even have a tracker on their main page showing how much has been raised for programs and how many books have been saved=)
At this site you can find almost any book you need and it is all free shipping within the US and only $4 worldwide!!!

I have ordered several times with them, both for myself and being shipped to Portugal within 2 weeks, and for my family thru giftcards where they just come online and use it. I have never been anything more than very pleased with them and would recommend them as a great alternative to  conventional bookstores or even amazon.com.
